Traveling …?

Take a digital photo of an open suitcase and carry a camera on board.

Keep a copy of your passport, credit cards, driver's license, etc., and info card on your current meds, emergency call numbers, and insurance in your luggage.

Place TSA locks on luggage.

Adhere ugly duct tape to all checked luggage (at least 8 strips)

Place business card or personal info card in at least two places in luggage along with a card containing information on place of destination (contact phone & address of hotel or friends)

Take along something to occupy kids—yours or anyone else’s.

Keep a toothbrush, one set of underwear/socks, and meds in your carry-on.

Take a combination of cash, credit cards, and traveler's checks and keep them in at least three places (on you, in your pocket or purse, in your luggage, in the hotel safe, or room drawer

Dress nice, look sharp, act interested, be polite, ask questions, and you will be amazed at how you are treated while you travel.

Never let someone else take your passport. Go with it!
